Agreement

CueStash is sold and operated by Remodeled AI, LLC ("CueStash," "we," or "us"). By downloading, purchasing, installing, or using CueStash, you agree to these terms and ourprivacy policy. If you use CueStash for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that organization.

The product

CueStash is macOS software for intentionally capturing material, queuing prompts, and returning items to other applications. Features, supported operating systems, and integrations may change as the product develops. We will not deliberately convert an existing perpetual license into a license that stops working solely because a newer release or separately sold product exists.

Trial

The trial provides access to the product for fourteen days unless a different period is shown in the app. You may use the trial to evaluate CueStash, but may not repeatedly reset, automate, or circumvent the trial period.

Individual license

An individual purchase grants one person a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CueStash on up to three Macs that person owns or controls. The license permanently unlocks CueStash for Mac. Updates we make generally available to customers under this individual license are included without a recurring subscription.

We may later offer a materially different major product as a separate optional purchase. That does not disable the CueStash copy you already licensed, though future macOS or third-party platform changes may eventually affect compatibility.

Team licenses

A team license covers the number of people stated on the order. Each licensed person may use CueStash on the device count included with that order. Team licenses do not include content hosting, shared workspaces, identity administration, or collaboration unless those features are expressly listed.

Hosted Quick Ask subscription

CueStash Hosted is an optional model-access subscription separate from the permanent Mac app license. The current plan is $6 per month and includes up to 3,000 Quick Ask requests per billing month. Unused requests do not roll over. You may cancel through Stripe; access continues through the paid period and then ends. Canceling hosted access does not disable your permanent CueStash license, local models, or BYOK providers. We may change the model, limit, or future subscription price with notice, but will not charge a changed recurring price without the consent required by law and Stripe.

Restrictions

You may not:

• share, publish, sell, or sublicense a license key outside the licensed people;
• circumvent activation, trial, payment, or device limits;
• redistribute CueStash or present it as your own product;
• use the website or commerce services to probe, disrupt, overload, or compromise systems;
• reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Your content

You own the material you place in CueStash. You are responsible for having the right to capture, store, export, and submit that material to another service. CueStash does not obtain ownership of your local content.

Third-party apps and services

CueStash can interact with applications and websites you choose, including AI providers. Those products are independent and governed by their own terms. We do not control their availability, output, model behavior, privacy practices, or changes. You are responsible for reviewing material before sending it to any third party.

Payments, tax, and refunds

Prices are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment and applicable tax. Promotions apply only as stated and cannot be combined unless checkout permits it. Refunds are governed by ourrefund policy. A refunded license may be deactivated.

Updates and support

We aim to maintain CueStash and provide reasonable email support. We may change or discontinue features, integrations, trials, prices for future purchases, or support channels. These changes do not remove perpetual use rights already granted for the licensed app.

Warranty

CueStash is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Mac or third-party app, or that captured material can always be recovered. Keep backups of important work.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CueStash and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profit, or business interruption arising from the product. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for CueStash in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so those limitations apply only to the permitted extent.

Termination

You may stop using CueStash at any time. We may suspend commerce or activation access associated with fraud, abuse, license sharing, chargebacks, or a material breach of these terms. Clauses that logically continue—including ownership, restrictions, warranty, liability, and dispute provisions—survive termination.

Governing terms

Applicable consumer protection law continues to apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. These terms, the privacy policy, the refund policy, and the order shown at checkout form the agreement for CueStash.
